Scene:
Cooper receives a clue from "The Giant," "Without chemicals he points." Cooper discovers this clue pertains to Phillip Gerard, which leads him to believe that Phillip knows more about BOB than he has revealed.

Agent Cooper, Sheriff Truman, Deputy Hawk, and Supervisor Cole interrogate Phillip Gerard. During the interrogation, Phillip is not allowed to take his "drugs,"* and he becomes host to Mike, "The One-Armed Man." Mike claims to be BOB's "familar." Cooper asks Mike who BOB is and what he wants. Mike tels them...

*Haloperidol - usually given to schizophrenics
